The API has no plan check on a clinical route at all. Not one tier withholds signing a note, dispensing a box or seeing a patient — there is nothing to grey out.
Cancel from your own console and the clinic keeps working. Nothing is deleted, nothing switches off, and no screen changes except the one that says you have no plan.
Checkout is Razorpay’s window and Razorpay’s iframe. A card number never reaches this page, our API or our database — which is the only reason a clinical product can take a card at all.

Indian clinics are charged in rupees. A clinic outside India is charged in US dollars, and the currency is fixed to the clinic itself rather than chosen at the checkout — so it cannot change between one month’s payment and the next.
